I recently purchased the Scorpion - Heterometrus laoticus taxidermy piece from Bonegarden Design and I'm thrilled with it.
The order arrived very quickly, and the scorpion was packaged securely with ample stuffing to keep it protected. The frame was pristine, and the scorpion was positioned perfectly. This piece was a gift for my sibling, who collects taxidermy bugs, beetles, and butterflies, for their 20th birthday. I’m sure they’ll love it.
The pricing was fair at $62.00, but the shipping cost of $18.04 within the same province, totaling CAD $89.64 after taxes, was a bit steep. It’s the only downside, but understandable considering the care in packaging and delivery.
Overall, I give this piece 5/5 stars for its excellent packaging, timely delivery, and outstanding product quality. If you’re into unique taxidermy, Bonegarden Design is a great place to shop
